Spread in 4 acres of land, the Kamala Nehru Park provides visitors an escape from the city noises. Named after Kamala Nehru (wife of Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, first Prime Minister of India), this park is located in a tranquil and serene surroundings of the Malabar Hill. Part of the beautiful Hanging Garden of Mumbai, this park attracts several kids and adults alike. One of the biggest attractions of the park is the eccentric boot-shaped construction, along with a hanging balcony, which provides a stunning view of the Arabian Sea and Mumbai cityscape. Inspired by the nursery poem ?there was an old women who lived in the shoe?, kids love to climb this structure. The Kamala Nehru Park is one of the favorite picnic spots of the locals, who flock here during the winter season for bird watching and outdoor gathering. After the recent renovations, several new features were added to the park for the recreation of the visitors. Following a kid?s centric theme, the rainbow amphitheatre, Minion selfie point and abacus inspired railings were added here. The view of the sunset from the viewing point of Kamala Nehru Park is worth a watch.

One of the grandest theme parks of India, the Adlabs Imagica is one of the most popular theme parks of Mumbai. Located in the suburbs of the city, the park has been entertaining visitors since 2013. Spread in the area of 130 acres, this theme park attracts adults and children alike. With an estimated daily capacity of 15,000, it has hosted more than 3.5 million visitors till date. Adlabs Imagica is divided into three parks: Theme park, Water Park and Snow Park; which cater to the interests of different guests. At the theme park, visitors can experience adrenaline rush. Some of the popular rides of the park are Gold Rush (fast roller coaster ride), Scream Machine (a rotating pendulam), Alibaba aur Chalis Chorr (inspired by classic tale of Alibaba and 40 thieves, this ride takes the viewers on the videogame like ride). Built under the guidance of veteran filmmaker, V. Shantaran, this film studio is synonymous with Bollywood. Located close to Sanjay Gandhi National Park, the Film City was built in the lines of California?s Film City. Visitors can book special tour packages to explore the different sections of the film studio. More than 900 films and television serials have been shot in the vast studio complex spread in the area of 520 acres with 20 studios. On the trip, usually lasting 2 hours, visitors can watch live shooting of Bollywood movies and serial. Besides that, tourists can take a sneak peak of several locations like helipad, man-made waterfall and temple, which have been featured in several regional and Hindi movies. Hakone is an adventure sporting ground meant for entertainment and fun for visitors. Located inside the Hiranandani Gardens, this sporting ground spread in a vast area offers something to each of its guests. Visitors can take part in Go-Karting, Paintballing or even go for Zorbing. In Go-Karting, patrons ride a 200 meter long cement track, just like race car drivers, on 5.5 HP Honda engines. The tracks are surrounded by several safety features, for protection of the riders. The paintball arena, based on Urban War Theme, is an exciting simulated war grounds with different terrains.
